Inspired by the era-defining American artworks in the Tate Modern's 'Soul of a Nation' exhibition, the gallery's restaurants will be serving up a southern feast of classic state-side dishes for hungry exhibition-goers to get their teeth into. Cajun crab Cakes, Buttermilk fried chicken, Salt Cod and polenta fried okra will all be on the menu along with a tasty selection of American wine and beer pairings to accompany each course.
