Time Out says

Listen. We all love food. We all love music. Foodies festival brings both together in a bumper programme of eating, drinking, and food-inspired entertainment – and boy, does it sound tasty.

Taking full advantage of the Jubilee bank holiday weekend in June, the 2022 event will make its anticipated return to London with a three-day takeover of Syon Park. From ‘Great British Bake Off’ stars to ‘MasterChef: The Professionals’ winner Daniel Lee, celebrity chefs will cook up top quality entertainment, meanwhile street food stands and the Feasting Tent will be on hand to keep bellies filled with some serious scran. The Cook Book Shop will be open for all of your recipe needs, and if you’re feeling extra spicy, there’ll even be an opportunity to compete against world chilli-eating champion Shahina Waseem. Children can join in with the gastronomic fun at the Kids Cookery Theatre, meanwhile pop-up bars and the Drinks Theatre will be open for adults to soak up the atmosphere with newly released wines, champagnes and cocktails.

All of that (and more) will be soundtracked by performances from the likes of Scouting For Girls and Lee Ryana and Simon Webbe from Blue, as well as a line-up of rising talent playing on the Musicians Against Homelessness stage.

A percentage of Foodies Festival ticket money goes towards UK-wide homelessness charity Crisis.
