Fresh Pasta Masterclass

Even by Italian standards Giovanni Rana and his family are pasta dons. He's been making pasta professionally for more than 50 years now, and his company now produces 48,000 tons of it a year. This one-off masterclass at his London restaurant is your chance to learn from the man himself as he shows guests how to make pasta from scratch.
