Opening on Valentine’s Day, Secret Cinema's less-secret offshoot Future Cinema is following up ‘Ghostbusters’, ‘Casablanca’ and ‘Saturday Night Fever’ with an immersive screening of ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit?’. The deco interior of the Troxy will be dressed as the Ink and Paint Club, where a certain Miss Jessica Rabbit makes the punters swoon each night with her huskily sensual jazz vocals. Join the criminal demi-monde of Toontown for a sleazy evening of jazz and cocktails.
Note: the matinees are rated PG, but the evening screenings are over-18s only.

A great film, but this 'experience' was nothing to match my previous Secret/Future cinema experiences, which have been totally immersive and interactive. This fell a little flat, there was no point where I felt part of the film like I always had previously. It was like a good cabaret show. We didn't get table seats despite arriving quite early (for some reason only a 2-4 seats at each large round table???) and so in the end it was just like watching a film from the rows of seats upstairs, out of all the action, with a bit of a dance after, and £8 cocktails was a bit too steep. We have totally recommended everything Secret/Future Cinema have done until now. Not a bad night, but poor value.
People all be talking about roger rabbit but you know it all about Bob Hoskins. Meso love him!!! he juz got it. I think he the best thing since cupcakes.
