GeekyScience - Evolution

Calling all big kids who still have an isatiable thirst for science, the GeekyScience squad – led by comedian and physics graduate Helen Arney – are hosting an event each month devoted to a different area of the subject, featuring expert speakers. Tonight's field is evolution, where Dr Kat Arney, the science information manager at Cancer Research UK, journalist Dr Adam Rutherford and Dr Katie Slocombe from the University of York will discuss the evolution of cancer, language and synthetic biology.
