Time Out says
See professional gladiators (who may well have other jobs too, but they're definitely also very good at pretending to be gladiators) battle it out in Guildhall Yard, the site of London's only Roman amphitheatre. The reconstructions of the gladiator-style games once held in ancient Londinium will take place before an emperor, and the crowd will decide which warrior will get to walk free based on their performance. Seriously impressed it was heat wave conditions these performers came out in full metal helmets etc.
They had heavy steel swords, spears etc, the sword fights were brilliant and the grappling on the ground was realistic.
The bloom spurts and injuries looked good, everyone was clapping, cheating and having fun.
At the end you got to have your pictures taken with the cast ( your favourite Gladiator) they where all really friendly.
A great spectacle and good interactive fun.
Loved the show! Visited on Sunday 9th Totally recommend to everybody. Audience can participate by supporting their team.

What a joke! This was badly staged and horribly expensive. The 'gladiators' either need to hit the gym or lay off the pies!! Don't waste your money...
Wow I saw two gladiators I just by the Lonon Eye yesterday. Hot or what! Can we have some more please.
