Gluten-free food has had a bad wrap recently, dismissed as yet another foodie fad. Italian trattoria Cantina del Ponte is taking a more positive approach with practical masterclasses that prove how to make and enjoy gluten-free pizza, pasta, bread and cakes. Families are encouraged to get involved, and a small discount is available if three generations book together.
