Group Macaron Baking Class

Over the course of a two-hour class, you'll be taught how to make and bake macarons by one of Ganache Macaron's head chefs. The lessons are aimed at beginners, taking you through the entire process from whipping the egg whites via the colouring, folding, piping and baking through to filling and pairing. You'll leave able to confect the little delights in the privacy of your home kitchen.
Note: people with allergies should be aware that the macaron recipe being taught uses nuts, eggs and dairy, but it is gluten-free, halal and suitable for vegetarians.
