The best bit is that you only have to do it for one minute. If you're quite enjoying the exercise and want to keep going then you can stay and take part in a massive fitness class. The sessions take place outside whatever the weather: benefits including breathing fresh air, getting a proper dose of vitamin D from sunlight, boosting serotonin and getting shouted at by hardy types in camouflage seem to outweigh the misery of getting drizzled on.
