Yumi Izakaya (of Yumi on Shaftesbury Avenue fame) leads a masterclass in making, folding and frying Japanese dumplings. You'll be handed a cocktail on arrival and then led to a huge banquet of grilled chicken, meatball and tender beef rib-eye, braised aubergine and the house special fries after class.
