The ice-cream pros at Häagen-Dazs are teaming up with foodie mavericks Bompas & Parr for this 'multi-sensory' frozen dairy pop-up, leading guests through a series of interactive ice-cream rooms – including an ‘infra-red ice-cream zone’ and an ‘ice-capade’ station, where you're encouraged to eat and snap your way along, with the aim of being crowned the greatest ice-cream photographer. The Instagram-snapper deemed the best on the day will be rewarded with a 3D scan of their face made into an ice-cream lolly. Sounds like a sweet deal.
