Hungry Heart is a clubnight dedicated to one thing: the music of Bruce ‘The Boss’ Springsteen. It was started by Hannah Summers, the blogger behind Burgers and Bruce, Thom Elliot from Pizza Pilgrims and Jon Beck from RedLine.
In these lockdown times, they want to help generate what we need most: money for charities, and a little joy. And so they’re throwing houseparty with 24 hours of non-stop Springsteen, streamed right into your living room. The Hungry Heart team will be setting up their decks, disco ball and haze machine to stay up all hours blasting Bruce. The 24 hours will be divided up into sets with family hours, covers, smooth sessions and party bangers.
They are aiming to raise £10,000 to distribute to Childline, Trussell Trust, Barts Trust, Age UK and Hospice UK. The first donation over £100 gets to choose the first song, so lay down your money and you play your part.
