This mass fluffy-fighting day is celebrated in cities across the world with only a few rules: soft pillows only, don't hit anyone holding a camera, don't hit anyone without a pillow and no feathery pillows please - it upsets PETA.

In its early years, this mass cushion mosh-pit took place in Trafalgar Square, but moved south to Kennington Park in 2016, where there's ample room to swing your pillow case. Happy whacking everyone!

Not really well prepared as my wooly coat was covered with feathers! Having hard time to remove them but I have enjoyed it!

even the best efforts of westminister council could not stop this event takeing place and boy am i glad that it went ahead, hundreds of like minded people clutching pillows of all sizes and shapes beat the crap out of each other over  2 hours, feathers flew, cameras clicked, and tourists stood opened mouthed as they watched this mad event explode. like gladiators  pajama clad people took on all opponents placed in there path and only stopped to remove the feathers from there mouths before jumping in again to defend the honor of there clan it was stress relief on a grand scale people pictured there bosses as they smashed an apponenent around the head and  im sure they will go to work on monday a happier more content worker for doing so. another fab event on londons callender, a must not miss, make a note of this one for next year thats if its not banned that is well done to who ever run the day top top marks 5 star .

This was IMMENSE fun and went on for FAR longer than the allocated time of one hour (15:00-16:00). The ONLY reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it was a bit brutal. There were men getting a bit carried away and letting all their aggression out on the nearest pillow holder's head, even if that was a small woman. Girls were giving it what for too, but blood was drawn and perhaps people should've been more considerate. Apart from that, people were friendly, from ALL OVER THE WORLD, happy, laughing, having fun and playing like big kids. I'll definitely come next year, but will make a point to wear PROTECTIVE HEAD GEAR!

You guys should really have hired me. I participated in so many events from time out, but it has so many wrong information. I tweeted it to complain, but no body really cared. You guys want us to post comment, but I don't think you guys really read it. For example, the pillow fight shows 15:00-1:00 on the app, but it's like it finished at 6pm.
