You should never fight the patriarchy on an empty stomach, so Balls & Company will be hosting a five-course dinner created by eight female chefs on March 8. Sadia Chang of Bubbledogs, Tania Steytler from Danish cafe Snaps & Rye and GAIL’S baker Roz Bado are all on the bill. Each chef will prepare a dish that reflects a woman that has inspired them (finger’s crossed for a Pankhurst pastie).
