Irish Gin and Tonic Festival

Ireland isn't all about the stout, you know. Right now, the green isle is having a serious craft gin boom. So much so, there's an entire east London festival dedicated to the Irish G&T coming up at The Bootyard in Dalston. The £10 entry fee will give you the chance to sample the spirits of independent distilleries like Dingle Gin, Boatyard Gin and the powerful Dumshambo Gunpowder Gin and a cool glass of G&T made with Poacher's Premium Irish tonic water. Irish TV chef Simon Lamont will be serving up BBQ grub for that essential gin soakage.
