Experiential events organisation We Are Parable host four days of footwear themed happenings to celebrate the sneaker. Through panel discussions, film screenings and exhibitions, they'll look at the way trainers have influenced pop culture over the last 30 years. The opening night will be a big party, followed by a weekend of retrospective exhibits. On Saturday at 2pm there will be a showing of 'Just for Kicks', a documentary about the role of trainers in fashion, athletics and hip hop. The panel debate takes place on Sunday (5-6.30pm), while down the road from the Rag Factory at Boxpark, WAP host a drop-in sneaker art workshop from 3.30pm. Plus, on Friday night is the Tracksuit & Kicks after party at Juno Bar on Shoreditch High St (8pm-2am; free entry).
