Jointly organised by hip west-London hang-out Paradise by Way of Kensal Green and St John the Evangelist Church, this is a fundraiser for the church. Kilburn to Kensal Radio will broadcast live from the event and entertainment includes Morris dancers, live folk music and a busker's corner. Browsers can trawl stalls selling vintage clothing, trinkets, furniture and records and a bouncy castle, face-painting, fairground rides and a petting zoo will keep kids entertained. Food and drink stands will sell summertime favourites including candy floss and iced coffee and Paradise will be sorting out the bar, serving Pimm's and cocktails. Revellers can also throw themselves into retro carnival games such as the coconut shy, hook-a-duck and apple bobbing. Those who really want to get stuck in can bring their pièce de résistance along and and enter the bake-off.
