5 stars for the play area - 2 stars for the rest (staff, time allocated etc..) Because my children like it , when it is holiday time, I always make sure they go at least once. But with 3 children, it is £15 for an hour and half and then you have to go. The place is ok, it has enough activities for the children to keep busy but the staff is not that parents friendly. Also, you cannot even stay in the cafe area for the children to drink or eat something afterwards. One thing to note, is that the staff do not tell you when your 90 minutes are finished, so, it is your responsibility to check you do not overstay even for two minutes, otherwise, you will pay half an hour extra. You stay, you pay, even when they don't play. I understand paying for the children to play, but it is beyond me why we should pay extra to stay in the cafe area when we are paying for the food too. £5 would be reasonnable if we were allowed to stay after or before in the cafe area . But no, if your children want to eat, it has to be within the 90 minutes allocated, which is ridiculous. Personally, I like the place but I do not like the system and staff's attitude as they rush you, but my children like it and it is what is more important to me. That they are happy.

I have visited this place today; we came from far. My child really liked the place and wanted to stay a bit more than we planned. I, myself thought the place was child friendly: soft, reasonable spacious and adequate equipment. the food was ok with reasonable price compare to other places I had been. But MY ONLY critisize is the Time and the COST. I think £ 5.00 for 90min is not enough to offer. By the time we been there and had something to eat, the time run out quickly and I ended up paying more money to stay, costing 30min for £3.00! So all together (2.5 hrs) I paid £8.00. The place seems cheap but I think it is expensive. To my surprise, because my child found a friend to play with, so she asked to stay just 5min more, but When I asked the staff if it was ok for her to stay five extra min, they said if she ends up to stay a few minutes extra than 5min I have to pay a full half an hour. I DO NOT THINK I WILL GO BACK!!!
