Fire extinguishers at the ready; things are about to get hot. The Jam Tree Clapham are challenging hungry (and brave) Londoners to put their taste buds to the test at this fiery buffalo wing eating competition. Steel stomached competitors will have just eight minutes in which to wolf down as many red-hot spicy wings as they can manage. First, second and third prizes are £500, £200 and £200 bar tabs but only the winner gets their name inscribed on the trophy.
