King's College Hospital Open Day

This teaching hospital opens its doors to the public in this day event which features family-friendly activities (including magic shows and face-painting) and interactive medical stands. Expect to learn about the gory and geeky goings on of hospital life, talk to science experts and staff, learn how to 'scrub up', plaster a limb and give stitches. Adults will also have a chance to talk to staff about issues from worrisome moles to problem blood pressure.
