Time Out says

An exhibition by Sweden-based anthropologist and artist Anna Laine, exploring the practice of 'kolam'. Each day before sunrise and sunset, women in Tamil Nadu, South India, draw geometrical images – 'kolam' – on the street at the entrances of their houses, inviting deities to provide auspiciousness and well-being to their families. The 'kolam' is believed to make the image of the house, as a material object and a cultural conception, complete. On show are photographs and texts.
