Next year, Waltham Forest will be the first ever London Borough of Culture. The area is getting the celebrations in early with this carnival in Leyton bringing Caribbean colours, music and flavours to the locals, packing Leyton Cricket Ground with food stalls, funfair rides, a travelling art exhibition of art and live music. Don't miss the carnival parade featuring floats and steel bands winding through the streets from 1pm.
