Which means you can strap into a seat at one of three 22-guest tables, rise 100 feet into the air and get an eye-popping view over the South Bank while eating menus curated by Club Gascon’s Pascal Aussignac, Robin Gill, founder of The Dairy and Sorella, and Lee Westcott, formerly of Typing Room, Noma and Per Se.
