Ever fancied being part of the Carnival spectacle instead of trailing behind it? You’re in luck as the London School of Samba has space available for dancers who are interested in performing at this year’s parade. This theme is ‘For the Sea, Para as Belezas do Mar’, so expect to be shaking your thing in a shimmery mass of ocean blues and sequin fins. There are Nemo costumes too if you don’t fancy all that towering plumage. You’ll have to be an early riser though – the proceeds begin at 8.30am.
