It’s been 30 years since filmmaker Patrick Keiller directed his ‘journal’ of the capital city in 1992: ‘London’. Lying somewhere between fiction and documentary the film’s anonymous Narrator takes us on three journeys through the city, illuminating everything from the city’s history to contemporary politics. This revisit of one of the most inventive feature films of our generation will be an opportunity to reflect on its relevance and re-trace how London’s changed over the years with Keiller and the film’s writer Owen Hatherley there in conversation.
