Food writer and cookbook author Mimi Aye will be cooking a special five-course Burmese lunch in aid of World Child Cancer. All proceeds will go towards the World Child Cancer's programme in Myanmar (Burma), which aims to help children get access to treatment and support. Do good and eat good, as Mimi cooks dishes from her new book ‘MANDALAY: Recipes and Tales from a Burmese Kitchen’. Expect delicious dishes such as assorted fritters with spicy-sour dipping sauce (A-Kyaw Zone), Shan-style tomato rice balls (Shan Htamin Chin) and Mandalay-style pork noodles.
