Live music, alfresco bars and dining, stilt walkers and doggie photobooths; dog photobooths; you’ll find all this and more at Marylebone’s annual summer fair, which takes over Paddington Street Gardens for one jam-packed Sunday in June.
Peformers will be taking to the main stage from 11am to 8pm, while charity partner Young Westminster Foundation hosts interactive activities including fencing, football, and crafts for everyone to get involved in. Families can also pay a visit to The Little Village in Paddington Street Gardens North for fairground rides, ice cream vans and roaming entertainers.
And if you’ve got a pooch companion, be sure to take them along too, because you can also have your pooch’s ‘pawtrait’ done at ‘Bark in the Park’ in Marylebone Church gardens, or teach your furry pal something new at a trick training workshop.
Meanwhile, fashion and wellness brands in Marylebone Village will be running hefty discounts and free giveaways throughout the day – think free LED mask treatments at Oh My Cream!, cryotherapy sessions at Rebase and even a 14 karat piece of jewellery at Mejuri for one lucky winner – while an array of local eateries, including Carlotta, The Ginger Pig, The Ivy Café and La Fromagerie will be peddling snacks and beverages from an array of street stalls.
Essentially, it’s a summer fête dialled up to 11.
