Bluebell in Lavenderland
The daffodils are out, the first blossoms are decking the trees, and it's time you brought the kids out of hibernation for a bit of nature-based fun. This whimsical-sounding trail takes place at Mayfield Lavender's Secret Lavender Garden, and although it's a bit early in the year for scented purple flowers, you might well find some golden eggs.
Kids and their grown-ups are invited to join an Easter trail, helping Bluebell the golden-eared bunny find her missing eggs. There'll be 17 stations, each with a hidden letter to find: complete your trail map to earn a chocolate reward.
