Candlelit tours, atmospheric lighting, art, film and a bar will all
feature at Saturday's late opening. Along with the people, vessels and wildlife connected with the capital's canals, the museum's displays focus on associated trades such as ice-cream making (ice imported from Norway was once stored in two huge wells beneath the museum).
