This year, London is finally becoming a National Park City and it's time to celebrate, during the National Park City Festival from Jul 20 to Jul 28. Take part in hundreds of events and activities across the week all celebrating the city’s green spaces, trees, waterways and natural environment. You can also learn how to stroke and steer across reservoir breakers without falling in at a day of free paddleboarding taster sessions.
There’ll be urban wildlife walks, free fitness sessions, outdoor theatre, explorations of London’s lesser-known green spaces, family activities, workshops, opportunities to look after green spaces, boat trips, bike rides, tree trails and more. There’ll even be a series of events on rooftops, too – and we know how much Londoners love rooftops.
