NFL on Regent Street

On Saturday October 24 Regent Street will be traffic-free, but shoppers may get more than they bargained for. In celebration of the day’s NFL International games, taking place at Wembley Stadium between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Buffalo Bills, the street will play host to an American football-themed block party. Shoppers will be able to witness cheerleading and team drum-line performances and get involved with interactive games, food and drink.

The International Series has become a mainstay of the London sporting scene.  The games typically sell out and a capacity crowd just adds to the occasion.  Irrespective of who is playing, people will wear their team’s shirt so there is a myriad of colours (clearly, the Bears’ fans look the best!).  A must for all NFL fans.

Great day to have fresher air, stress free shopping and no traffic. Love the NFL and America even more, seeing aspects of it on my way to work will keep me in good spirits.
