Mulled wine isn't the only way to warm up in the lead-up to Christmas. Get your heart pumping at 'Noughty or Nice': a HIIT class at Samsung KX at Coal Drops Yard. As the name suggests, you'll be getting sweaty to '00s Christmas bangers and remixes of classic yuletide hits, thanks to the folk from Retroglow Studios. The festive fun kicks off with a spicy 35-minute session followed by 15 minutes of stretches to warm down (which includes a sing-a-long!).
