As Londonders we lead fast-paced, stressful lives and our 'quality of life' is often shoved aside to make way for 'quantity of life'. But fret no more, because NOW Live is here to help. This new series of events is inviting specialists in wellbeing and self-development to various venues in London each month to advise you on how to live NOW. Tonight's talk is held in collaboration with The School of Life, three of whom's contributors will be in conversation with the editor of Psychologies magazine, Suzy Greaves, to discuss living better in the coming year via a series of 'How to…' books. Featuring 'How to Change the World' writer John Paul Flintoff, author of 'How to Thrive in the Digital Age', Tom Chatfield, and Anne Karpf, the penman behind 'How ot Age'.
