Established in 1981, Oily Cart creates theatre for young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities. Their approach to creating multi-sensory shows combines hydrotherapy pools, trampolines, aromatherapy, video projection and puppetry. The company's base, a listed Victorian school annex, has recently undergone a redevelopment which incudes a new mezzanine treehouse and a gold anodised aluminium lift.
For Open House London 2014, the building will be open on Saturday September 20, 10am-5pm, with last entry at 4.45pm.
