This one is for the bubbly drinkers. The daylong champagne and sparkling wine course includes 12 wines and a three-course lunch. During the day attendees will learn about the different methods of sparkling wine production, the styles of sparkling wine available, wine regions, a potted history of champagne and English sparkling wine, wine faults, glassware, serving wine, how champagne ages and how to match wine with food. The floor will then be open for a Q and A (if there’s anything left to ask). Tickets must be bought in advance.
