Time Out says

Join Open-City for this journey down the River Thames, as the sun sets until after dark, when creative lighting re-enforces the night time presence of London's iconic architecture. Departing from Festival Pier, the tour will first go upstream, taking in Battersea Power Station, before heading downstream towards Canary Wharf, underneath colorfully lit bridges. Guide Benedict O’Looney will provide commentary on the illuminated buildings including Somerset House, Tate Modern, The Shard and the Oxo Tower.
