Great night! My second time and brought a friend along this time, we both really enjoyed it and my own banksy is now hanging up on my wall at home! Definitely recommend it to those who want to do something a little different with their evenings.

I have been to 4 of these events now and they were all great! The teachers have all been fantastic and delivered an exciting step by step class to the group. The paints and water have always been replenished whenever needed so unlike the event referred to below, which really would have been one off. I have really enjoyed all of these events, it's a fun, sociable learning experience that I would recommend to anyone. I think the concept is brilliant and I hope to attend many more!

I've been to two of the paint the French impressionist evenings in Chiswick and I can't get enough of it! The whole evening is perfectly designed as a place where novices and enthusiasts can paint a world famous master piece, the artist at my event Rebecca was patient and talked us through step by step what we should do, the paints and water were regularly replenished, the staff were very attentive and a lovely atmosphere was created with French music playing in the background. I would recommend this for couples friends or singletons, everyone is so welcoming and you get the chance between glasses of wine and delicious food to chat to one another and take a look at others paintings. A great evening and I will definantley be going back for more!

My husband and have attended 3 separate pop up paint evenings, and we absolutely love it! We have found the classes to be quite small, which lends to a more intimate atmosphere. The break was perfectly timed, and gave us a chance to look at everyone else's art before we began our next step. It was during this time that fresh water was placed on our tables, and the paints were replenished. Phylissa, the owner, is very personable and made time during each event to greet each of us and our friends. We will be back again!

Whilst I didn't attend this session I have been to 2 popup painting nights, and have enjoyed them both! I found the hosts very friendly and unlike the other reviewer's experience i found there was an unlimited supply of paint whenever you asked. I loved the Monet night and the Brasserie Blanc venue...and i'll definitely be back - I just wish I could do the artists justice!

We are very sorry to read that one of our customers had a poor experience. We work very hard to create a positive artistic experience within a highly social atmosphere for all our participants and our attendees usually give us very positive feedback. On the night in question, we had a late booking of a large party which challenged the capacity of the venue and our team's ability to provide one on one attention. We spoke to a number of people on the night in question and apologised, including offering replacement tickets. We regret that this event did not meet one of our customers' expectations and have taken steps to handle this kind of situation if it should happen again. This was a very unusual situation for PopUp Painting, as most events take place in quieter venues such as Brasserie Blanc on the Southbank or Browns in Islington. We hope our customer will take up our offer of a replacement free ticket and try one of our events again in the future.

A total waste of time. Overcrowded. Couldn't see art teacher. Not enough paint or water. Weren't taught anything. Very disappointing :(
