Time Out says

Have you been hearing about Netflix Parties and wondering what they hell they’re all about? Basically, it’s a feature that helps synchronise video playback on the streaming site, and creates a group chat so you can still engage in a bit of communal watching while safe indoors. To help members of the queer community join together, the UCL LGBTQ+ medics network has organised one of its own for a group-watch of ‘Paris Is Burning’. If you haven’t seen this moving, historic documentary about New York’s 1980s LGBTQ+ ballroom scene, get ready for your education immediately.
