Piehouse Workers Co-op One Year Anniversary

Not-for-profit music and arts venue Piehouse Co-op has been busy putting on gigs, DJ nights, and other events in its DIY-fitted venue beneath Deptford’s railway arches for a whole year now. It’s first year has been full of highs – over £30,000 has been raised for community organisations and activist groups from events – and lows – a flood on Halloween forced the place to close for nearly a month. But, against all odds, it’s still going strong and celebrating its survival with a three-day-long party.
