Guests can tuck into crispy tacos, fluffy bao and New York–style pizza, alongside bold signatures such as Tempura Rock Shrimp and indulgent Lobster Rolls, before rounding things off with a must-try miso caramel ice cream sandwich.

Behind the bar, Poolhouse has partnered with the award winning team at Three Sheets, to curate a menu that's refined, playful and built for long nights and repeat rounds. Signature serves include the Disco Pisco Sour and the Guinness Espresso Martini.
