Portrait of Brixton
Charlie Clift

Time Out says

Whether you’re a local looking for your own face or just passing through, you can get to know Brixton through these intimate portraits of the colourful characters who inhabit the area. Photographer Charlie Clift captured everyone from rushed commuters to reggae dancers and framed his subjects against the backdrop of Brixton’s buzzing streets. The great thing about this exhibition is its Pop Brixton location means you don’t have to go far to get your hands on tasty street food.

I really enjoyed this exhibition. The images really capture the essence of the people of Brixton. The portraits are so intimate that you feel like you know the people in them. Bravo!

Fantastic exhibition. Beautiful, captivating portraits that really capture the humanity of this vibrant area of London.

Gorgeously shot portraits of the people who make this corner or London so great. I found it strangely moving. The setting was pretty vibrant too...
