A practical butchery class run by Nathan Mills of The Butchery, using free-range rare-breed meat. Knife skills, animal breed, animal structure and diet will all be discussed and pupils can take home the meat they have cut in class. Only five people per session. The afternoon finishes with a tasty pork dinner and drinks.
