Professor Greg Whyte gives this year's Royal College of Physicians' annual Christmas lecture. As a world leading expert in sport science and celebrity training guru, Professor Whyte is well place to discuss elite athletes and the role of preparation, planning and delivery in achieving the seemingly impossible.
