Author, critic and former Times literary editor Erica Wagner settles into The Wapping Project to curate a series of readings at the bookshop (the greenhouse outside). Running from Oct 3, the charming little glass structure will play host to 'We Need to Talk About Kevin' author Lionel Shriver (Dec 5), who was a prolific novelist before that controversial story left its mark on the public conscience. Plus, experienced and celebrated neurosurgeon Henry Marsh (Nov 21) will discuss his forthcoming memoir 'Do No Harm', award-winning journalist Rachel Cooke (Oct 3) talks about the 10 extraordinary 1950s women detailed in her debut book 'Her Brilliant Career' and former poet laureate Sire Andrew Motion, who wrote 'Silver', a follow-up to 'Treasure Island', talks life and work and the 'Silver' sequel he's currently working on. For further line-up info, see the occurrences below.
