Time Out says

The 13.1-mile route starts and ends in Hyde Park and also crosses St James's Park, Kensington Gardens and Green Park. The aim of the race is to encourage Londoners to take advantage of the city's wealth of parks because they're great places to get fit in the fresh air. Race registration is now closed but spectators can browse the market stalls and take part in activities at the Food and Fitness Festival in Hyde Park.
