Even the least energetic of exercisers will enjoy this cheerful 5km run, as long as they're OK with looking like they've been rolling around in a face paint factory. Run or Dye's route is lined with cannons which will shower brightly coloured powder paint over the participants, who are welcome to walk, jog or even dance their way along. Children are welcome too – under-sevens run for free – and a Finish Festival will greet everyone who completes the course.
