Organised by Green Candle Dancy Company as part of the Capital Age Festival, the one-day event features a host of activities for the more mature among us. The day kicks off at 10.30am with taster sessions in contemporary dance, ballet, tap and seated dance. There'll be a break for lunch and then activities resume at 2pm with massage sessions, the chance to get a henna tattoo and crafts workshops. From 5pm there'll be performances by older people’s dance groups, including Generation XYZ and Green Candle Dance Company’s senior dancers. The day wraps up around 7pm.
