Whether's you're taking part of a hundred-strong dance fitness class at the mainstage, checking out Britain's best unicycle riders beat a world record, or having a go at boccia (no, we have no idea), there's plenty to entertain at the free Olympic Park event.
For the price of registration, sport fiends can also take run (or walk) the Mile through the Olympic Park, splash through the Swimathon in the Aquatics Centre or stamp on your pedals for the Cycle, which starts in the Lee Valley VeloPark. All the money you raise goes to Comic Relief, so that should provide a little extra motivation.
