Time Out says

What’s red, white and sweaty all over? An entrant to London’s annual Santa in the City, of course. This year marks the 10th anniversary of this festive frolic, which sees willing participants run a 4km course through the city centre and for the first time, you can also walk the route too if you don’t feel like breaking too much of a sweat. The course begins in Paternoster Square and wends past St Paul’s Cathedral, across Millennium Bridge, past Tower Bridge, The Shard of London, and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre over to the south side of the Thames, meaning you’ll get a dazzling view of London at night in the process. There’s no excuse not to dress up because every place includes a five-piece santa suit, which includes a jacket, a pair of adjustable trousers, hat, beard and belt. As ever, the event will be raising money for charity. This year, Sarcoma UK is the partnered charity which funds research for sarcoma cancer.
