Santa in the Sky

The London Eye is not afraid of a slightly random stunt event, but this one sounds very charming. For the Christmas period, one of the pods will be transformed into a grotto (of sorts), where Saint Nick himself will hold court for half-hour sessions of storytelling and general festive joy, with a gift given at the end. It’s £39-£44 per rider (child or adult) which is a fair jump on last year but still not that different to the usual price of the Eye, and bear in mind you still get a half hour spin through the skies of London.
